  • Deliver you with the product and/or services you have purchased from us. Besides our staff, we only share this information with our secure 3rd party gateway, Stripe in order to process payments from you.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter billing information including your name, email and payment details, we’ll be unable to process payments and provide our products and/or services.
  • If you choose not to enter delivery information including name, email, physical address and payment details we’ll be unable to physically deliver any goods and/or services purchased.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at hello@inboxdinners.co.nz.

Some of our data is stored outside of New Zealand. When we store or send data overseas, we will ensure that adequate systems are in place to protect your information as required under the Privacy Act.

Please note that we do not hold full credit or debit card details as this service is operated by Stripe and covered by its privacy policy.

We will hold your information for as long as it is required for the purposes outlined above.

By providing us with your personal information or using our services, you agree to this policy. If you give us information about anyone else, then that person must have agreed to you giving us their information.
