Preheat the Combi steam oven on fan bake 170 °C and level 3 or 70% steam. Spray a solid steam container with oil spray.
Prepare pudding
Combine 4 cups milk, ⅓ cup honey, ¾ cup medium grain white rice, ½ cup sultanas, 2 tsp vanilla extract and ¾ tsp cinnamon in the prepared solid steam container.
Steam pudding
Place the pudding into the preheated steam oven and cook for 35 minutes, then remove the steam and cook at 170 °C a further 10 minutes.
To finish
Remove from the oven and stir through ½ cup coconut cream.
To serve
Divide between bowls and serve as is or with a drizzle of honey.
