Place 1 cup sultanas, 2 tbsp peanut butter, ½ cup walnuts, ½ cup desiccated coconut, 4 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp water in a food processor and blitz for 3-5 minutes or until it comes together into a ball. If The mix is not coming together add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Melt chocolate
Break 50 g dark chocolate into a microwave-proof bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted.
To finish
Line a square baking dish with baking paper. Add the slice mixture and firmly press to line the bottom of the dish. Then pour over the melted chocolate and evenly spread with a spatula. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set before slicing.
