Break or chop 120 g milk chocolate and 120 g dark chocolate into bits and add to a large bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
Prep marshmallows
Meanwhile, slice 100 g marshmallows into 1cm bits.
Make clusters
Once the chocolate is melted, add 1 tbsp olive oil and stir to combine. Then add the marshmallows and 100 g banoffee combo and stir until well combined.
Set clusters
Divide the chocolate mixture between the prepared muffin cups using a large spoon. Sprinkle ¼ cup desiccated coconut over the top of each cluster. Place the tray in the fridge for an hour or until the chocolate is set.
