Ingredients

Milke & honey
- 4 cups / 1 lt milk or dairy-free milk
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
Pudding
- ¾ cup medium grain white rice
- ½ cup sultanas or raisins
- 2 tsp / 10 ml vanilla extract
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup / 125 ml coconut cream or dairy cream
Instructions
Before you start
- Preheat the Combi steam oven on fan bake 170 °C and level 3 or 70% steam. Spray a solid steam container with oil spray.
Prepare pudding
- Combine 4 cups milk, ⅓ cup honey, ¾ cup medium grain white rice, ½ cup sultanas, 2 tsp vanilla extract and ¾ tsp cinnamon in the prepared solid steam container.
Steam pudding
- Place the pudding into the preheated steam oven and cook for 35 minutes, then remove the steam and cook at 170 °C a further 10 minutes.
To finish
- Remove from the oven and stir through ½ cup coconut cream.
To serve
- Divide between bowls and serve as is or with a drizzle of honey.
