Preheat your oven to 180 °C. Line a square baking dish with baking paper.
Make bars
Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp honey in a large microwave-proof bowl in the microwave. Then add 1 cup quick oats, 1 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 cup apple puree and stir to combine.
Bake bars
Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish so that it's an even layer, around 1.5-2cm thick. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until firm to touch but not hard.
