The best granola recipe - The Carefillery New World
We've used The Care Fillery at New World Supermarkets Lo Sugar Muesli, which has no added sweeteners or fillers. Grab some dried apricots, sultanas and cranberries while you're there and you'll have nearly everything you need to make the quickest, most delicious crunchy granola recipe, ever!
Appliance/Function:

1 Large bowl
Granola
- 300 g Lo sugar natural muesli The Care Fillery - New World
- ¼ cup Coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 30 ml Coconut oil melted
- 10 ml Vanilla extract
To finish
- 60 ml Maple syrup
- ¼ cup Sultanas
- ¼ cup Cranberries
- ¼ cup Dried apricots
Toast granola
In a large bowl combine Lo sugar natural muesli, cinnamon, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture out evenly on the prepared baking tray and bake for 5 minutes, then stir and bake a further 5 minutes or until golden.
To finish
Roughly chop the dried apricots. Remove the granola from the oven, drizzle over the maple syrup then add the sultanas, cranberries and dried apricots and carefully stir to combine. Leave to cool completely before storing in an air-tight container.
